I apologize, I thought I responded to this already.
This has been added to the dev list of things to take a look at during 8's dev.
If you can, please let me know what operating system you are using (this has been most widely noticed with Vista OS)
Unfortunately in 8.0 a lot of features have and will need to be rebuilt since the latest versions of the mirc (shell) doesn't support a lot of methods it did back in 2003 lol. So every little feature in 8 will be tested as if the script was just freshly made from scratch. That is why 8.0 is going to take awhile to release lol
