Hi Vertical. I asked a while ago about Devilman and it seemed like a very precarious topic. Out of curiosity, what went wrong?

Precarious? I don’t think so.
Sometimes negotiations do not work. Actually that happens a lot in business. Look at how long it took to get Sailor Moon back. Or how Rose of Versailles isn’t in English (I know of at least 6 publishers, who have tried).
But as in most private matters, it is never a good idea to air out laundry, even if it is clean. At some point we will talk with Dynamic Pro again, and we hope to continue to be on their good side. Let’s leave it at that.
