Captcha requirements updated for new forum registrations

There has been a few complaints about the registration process for our forums because the captcha was too difficult for people to figure out. Because of this, I have replaced the captcha module with reCaptcha which is very well-known and easier to decipher.
Apologies for the difficulties in the past but we have been having too many issues with spam and spambots have been getting increasingly advanced where they can figure out most of the captcha tricks. Hopefully this new approach will be better for both ends and if not, I will continue to figure out new approaches to that.
