User Registration re-opened

User registration has been re-opened pending there are no more bot attacks on the site. We shall see how well the new updates help things. If there are any other issues, registration will be shut down for a lengthy amount of time until deemed necessary or a new software is ultimately used.
Due to that last attack, we were over-whelmed and had to restore using an older backup. By doing so, we lost the entire "new section" of free streaming anime series and movies that was created late October of last year. Many hours went into creating that feature and now it is gone and those hours will not be spent a second time just for someone else to ruin it again for everyone. Sadly it takes only one person to kill the party sometimes. Hopefully new measure we have put into place will prevent such loss in the future.
